Jay Ann and Heyko are a highly accomplished and motivated Senior Management Team with almost a decade of combined leadership experience. Demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal and liaison skills with senior military officials, NGOs, clients and staff from a wide variety of nations and cultures. A strong leadership team experienced in managing, motivating and training large teams from diverse backgrounds and possessing a strong track record of working independently in high-level positions. Experienced working in remote, severe and dangerous environments; a skilled problem-solver team, adaptable to rapidly changing environments and priorities.

Heyko has been in Afghanistan since 2009 and was employed as a site manager in northern Afghanistan. In this role Heyko managed a bulk fuel installation, supplying ISAF Coalition troops with fuel for vehicles, power generation and aircraft. He was deployed on very small military base in remote Badakhshan.

In 2013 Heyko joined a new company as a project/ country manager in Mazar E Sharif Afghanistan. In his new role Heyko was responsible managing different business segments of the company such as water treatment, water bottling and construction projects and the day to day operation. At peak business times he managed up to 40 staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Jay Ann joined her Husband Heyko in 2013 and was first employed in management position at the ISAF camp Marmals dining facility. Later in the year Jay Ann changed to the company where her husband Heyko was employed.  In her new role as the assistant manager, she was tasked to manage the day to day operation of the water treatment plant. Jay Ann’s task included administration, rostering, testing of the water and ensuring procedures were followed by employees.
